I knew it would happen. I knew once the holidays were over that I would be happy to be friends with running again. I am back.
I went out Tuesday for the same run I did in the park on Sunday. It was great...again, SLOW but great. And much colder. But definitely enjoyable.
Tonight is class...but it will be about 20 degrees (low tonight 15, YIKES) so um, NO, I will NOT be at the track...I will be on the treadmill...with earbuds in hand, err, ears.
