My 8th run and first ever beach run!! I can't believe I am running while on vacation! Crazy!
But I did run...I did my 5/3 thingie...I ran about 2 miles today....it was hard since I hadn't run in 6 days. But it was still nice. I left the condo at about 8am and returned to a nice yummy breakfast (I showered first thought, ha).
I won't get to do my Tues class run of course because I am not at home...BOO!!
I plan to run on Wed Am before we leave the beach for Diseney. We'll see how that goes. ;)
